New Technology Blended with Traditional Teaching to Help Continuing Education for Professionals

Traditional teaching methods for continuing education for professionals, such as lectures and hands-on courses, are only valuable when students attend course. It seems pretty obvious that if a professional does not attend, they will not learn the material that was presented.
An important question to ask one’s self is, “Why might a person not attend a continuing education course?”
The answer often lies in that the professionals didn’t know that the course was being offered in the first place. Moreover, other professionals that knew the continuing education course was being offered may not have been aware of the course’s date, time, or location.
This problem has been experienced by nearly all professionals at one time or another. This fact, coupled with the seemingly omnipresent nature of technology in today’s marketplace, makes it surprising that there is not already a way for professionals to simply, quickly, and effectively locate continuing education courses. Additionally, it is unfathomable that there is no resource for them to manage their professional licenses in one, easy-to-access location.
With this in mind, the group at CEpoints.com set out to solve this problem. The solution has been to create cloud-based tools that help professionals manage their continuing education. This new technology, blended with the traditional teaching methods of continuing education educators will ultimately improve how continuing education for professionals is managed.
